His journey led him from the regimented environment as a gymnast to the vibrant streets of New York City, where he honed his skills in calisthenics. With no formal certifications but a wealth of knowledge gained from the urban playgrounds and parks, Chris became a master of bodyweight exercises and stretches.

For over four years, Chris has immersed himself in the art of calisthenics, achieving mastery in advanced techniques such as the handstand, muscle-up, L-sit hold, and handstand press. His dedication to the discipline is evident in his teaching philosophy, which emphasizes the transformative potential of bodyweight training. Beyond calisthenics, Chris is an active participant in Muay Thai and boxing, further enriching his understanding of movement and fitness. Chris's approach to calisthenics empowers individuals to unlock their physical potential and reclaim control over their bodies.
