I designed it without the need for gym equipment so that you can do it in your hostel, hotel, Airbnb, or wherever your nomadic adventures take you. The workouts are designed to build foundational strength needed for more advanced movements. Challenging enough to strengthen your muscles, but not too hard to discourage you.

It's designed specifically for those situations, requiring no gym equipment, yet it incorporates more advanced body weight movements to keep you challenged.
