Logan Hitchcock, RD, MPH

Logan began her career grounded in clinical science, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from USC, followed by a Master of Public Health with an emphasis in Environmental Health from UCLA. Then she completed her dietetic training at Pepperdine University to understand the clinical foundation of how food and toxins affect the body at every level.

She has traveled to more than 50 countries and realized that nomads needed more than diet advice — they needed someone who understands their lifestyle. Her mission is to help people make intentional, sustainable swaps that support long-term well-being, from grocery store choices to home furnishings to the air you breathe while you sleep.

Riley started her studies with a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Binghamton University. Combine that with over 6 years of personal training experience, and she helps clients build sustainable, realistic fitness routines based on science-backed principles.

She has been traveling for 4+ years to over 20 countries. During her travels, she developed a balanced, practical approach to training that fits into real life. Now a part-time nomad with a home base in Miami, she works with remote professionals and travelers to empower them to stay fit while on the road.
